GUR-6605是銅化物的系列產(chǎn)品，本品是一款成熟的 PA高性能熱穩(wěn)定母料，主要成分為銅化物及有關(guān)輔助助劑。產(chǎn)品外觀呈綠色。
二、 產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)
GUR-6605是一種特別有效果的熱穩(wěn)定母粒，銅化物作為熱穩(wěn)定抑制劑，特別是在高溫范圍內(nèi)（180度左右）能起到明顯效果。PA制品加入本品在高溫環(huán)境下不降解、機(jī)械性能、無潤滑摩擦（不會(huì)折出在制品表面，制品表面可長期保持光澤）和較好的耐腐蝕性能基本不變。本品加入 PA制品中染色無改變。這些改良的性能不僅在未增強(qiáng)型尼龍中有效，而且在增強(qiáng)尼龍中同樣有效。特別是玻纖增強(qiáng)尼龍更明顯。
三、 作用機(jī)理
針對(duì)銅化物，聚酰胺來說是一種的熱穩(wěn)定劑，銅化物在尼龍中呈分子狀分散于尼龍中形成一種聚合物使尼龍?jiān)诟邷丨h(huán)境下不降解，保持其機(jī)械性能。
四、 產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用
本產(chǎn)品在汽車的水室汽室產(chǎn)品、三層絕緣線、齒輪等尼龍產(chǎn)品可以廣泛應(yīng)用。
五、 使用方法
GUR-6605高性能熱穩(wěn)定母粒的添加量一般 2-5％，具體添加量取決于聚合物的種類和最終制品想要達(dá)到的效果。

采用塑紙復(fù)合袋，25Kg/袋，并可根據(jù)用戶要求，按一般化學(xué)品儲(chǔ)存于干燥環(huán)境中。除有特殊說明，產(chǎn)品在合理儲(chǔ)存條件下為 24個(gè)月。

2、 Product Features

PA products added to this product do not degrade in high temperature environments, have mechanical properties, no lubrication friction (will not fold out on the surface of the product, the surface of the product can maintain luster for a long time), and good corrosion resistance remain basically unchanged. This product has no change in dyeing when added to PA products. These improved properties are not only effective in unreinforced nylon, but also in reinforced nylon. Especially fiberglass reinforced nylon is more obvious.
3、 Mechanism of action
For copper compounds, polyamide is a special heat stabilizer. Copper compounds are dispersed in nylon in molecular form, forming a polymer that does not degrade nylon in high-temperature environments and maintains its mechanical properties.
4、 Product Application
This product can be widely used in nylon products such as water chamber and steam chamber products, three-layer insulation wires, and gears in automobiles.
5、 Usage method
The addition amount of GUR-6605 high-performance thermal stability masterbatch is generally 2-5%, depending on the type of polymer and the desired effect of the final product.

7、 Packaging and Storage
